Return & Replacement Policy

At House of Real Hair, we prioritize exceptional quality. All our hair undergoes rigorous quality checks at our factory in India to ensure you receive the best products. We inspect every hair order meticulously before shipping to guarantee your satisfaction.

Return Policy:

Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be in original condition with tags and zip ties intact.

Online/phone orders: Contact Client Care for a prepaid UPS label.

In-store purchases: Visit the Boutique where you bought the product.

Refunds processed within 3-5 business days for unused, original-condition items.

Replacements:

30-day product defect exchange policy.

Notify Client Care for online/phone purchases.

Perming, coloring, cutting, or any hair alteration voids the exchange policy.

Wig Exchanges and Refunds:

Initiate within 7 days of purchase.

Wigs must remain new and unused.

Refund/exchange for unaltered wigs with original tags and packaging.

Shipping Delays:

Order well in advance to accommodate delays.

We rely on UPS for timely deliveries.

No shipping charge reimbursement for late deliveries.

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments:

Ensure accurate address information.

Address correction fee assessed for post-shipment updates.

No refunds for refused or abandoned shipments.

Incorrect or Missing Items:

Contact Client Care immediately for resolution.

Lost Shipments:

If tracking shows delivery but item is missing, contact Client Care.

We’ll initiate a trace with UPS for replacement or refund.

Damaged Shipments:

If packaging damage results in product loss, contact Client Care.

We’ll investigate with UPS for a replacement or refund.

International Shipments:

Provide signed credit card authorization and supporting documents.

Be aware of customs requirements and additional fees.

Policy Changes:

House of Real Hair reserves the right to modify prices and policies.

Limitation of Liability:

House of Real Hair limits liability to the aggregate amount paid by the customer.

Copyrights and Other Rights:

Unauthorized use of images and materials on the site is prohibited.

Submissions:

Any material sent to the site is treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Discounted Products:

Returns are not accepted on any discounted item.
